HOW LONG DOES MY FLOWER ESSENCE BOTTLE LAST & HOW MANY AREAS OF MY LIFE CAN THEY SUPPORT ME AT ONCE ?

Flower essences are a botanically based healing system that has existed since ancient times. They work with the emotional & energetics of a person supporting them to come into resonance & remember our innate wholeness. Using the chakra system as a guide we stabilize the energetic field to stabilize the emotional self which then relates to the mental & physical wellbeing of a person. 

Flower Essences bring up feelings & emotions stored in the body to be brought to your attention, felt, & released so the body has a full somatic response & can embody a new way of being.

Flower Essences are taken orally from a dropper bottle 3 drops 3x a day or 9 drops a day for a month. Typically results can occur between 3 weeks where an emotional shift or awareness will take place in the person. 

HOW DO I TAKE FLOWER ESSENCES & HOW DO THEY WORK?

Yes, with the right commitment longer spirals are available for those seeking to be mentored & held by the flowers. 

They can be 6 months to a year depending on your needs- please let me know in your application & we can talk more in detail about pricing/ length/ your goals etc

DO YOU OFFER LONG TERM SESSIONS? 

Flower Essence Therapy is a non-traditional holistic method of healing to support your emotional wellbeing- it is NOT the same as actual therapy & I am not a licsenced medical professional. This can be used with traditional therapy however but is NOT a replacement for it. 

IS THIS THE SAME AS TRADITIONAL THERAPY ?

I was certified through Woman Rising Mystery School in 2018 & continued my studies through my own experiences working daily with Flower Essences as well as through clients & direct teachings from the plants.

WHERE DID YOU LEARN THIS HEALING MODALITY FROM?

No Flower Essences are vibrational remedies & contain no physical part of the plant- which is why it is safe for babies, animals, & adults. Essential Oils are made directly from the plant itself & usually used only topically or inhaled.
