How to step into your Feminine Leadership

Welcome back to today’s blog. Today is all about stepping into the role of Feminine Leadership in your business & life path. While the last several years things have begun to transform & change in the online & business world, you may find yourself at a cross roads for how to step more deeply into your personal feminine leadership.

In truth, there is no one size fits all path & that is the beauty of this journey. You will grow, expand, & evolve like a flower budding in a different season. The path itself is more of a spiral rather than a straight line – a spiral because each time you walk down the path it deepens & grows instead of a set destination, you are the one evolving & changing.

Who you are right now will transform, & while logically that may sound simple- embodying that journey is another story entirely.

01. Your life is the initiation for growth, magic, & your life’s biggest mission

Imagine your life as the initiation – every challenge is practice in the path of life to becoming more aware of who you are & who you have come here to be.. welcoming that & walking as the embodiment of your mission is the first step. From this place, you realize that there is no set destination but rather a set of ideas/ visions/ or goals in flux. How can you remain open to life & all that it offers while walking your journey?

02. Embody your mission

Your mission will be personal but it will also be for the collective & there is no “right” or “wrong” way for you to live that. For some building your own personal business will be necessary, for others working from home or in an office setting- Feminine Leadership exists everywhere- If you are leading, you are transforming! What does your mission look like for you in this season of life? The ripple effect you have in this world by being YOU is what will transform this world.

03. Step into your feminine power

Honor your rhythms, learn about the wisdom of your body, learn her language, learn about your menstrual cycle as the source of your feminine energy/ leadership & the seat of your power. Plug back into natures rhythms, your connections with the Earth, & the deep vast wisdom of honoring your body.

04. Honor yourself here & now, then keep going

Within the path of feminine leadership there will be healing, reclamation, a rewriting of parts of yourself for your lineage & ebbs & flows that come with the complexities of life. Instead of charging forward, continue to lean in. Be curious, follow the threads that will allow you to come back home to what your truth is rather than societies expectations or programming. Honor yourself, value yourself, love yourself, & know that your pace is perfect.. then keep going. Honoring whatever season of life it is offering you at this time.
